Issues related to human resources cannot be reported in this system, but must be discussed with the manager in charge, director or human resources

Tracking your reports can be relevant for a number of reasons:
1) You want to see the status of your report to see if action is being taken.
2) You want to provide additional information to your report.
3) System administrators asked you to provide additional information to help them resolve the problem or take appropriate action
